Please read and make sure you agree with our shop policies before ordering.

1. Payments and Subscriptions

1.1. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

1.2.  Checkout currency is always in Euro.

1.3. We do not cancel a subscription until it has expired. When a customer signs up for a subscription said customer needs to understand that the subscription chosen will run it'sfull length until it expires, in three or six months.

2. Shipping

2.1. Shipping costs are €7 flat rate worldwide.

Domestic orders (Sweden) are €5.

We always send orders via trackable mail.

2.2. Our business is located in Sweden and we ship our parcels via our Swedish shipping service partner PostNord.

2.3. We ship our orders around the 5th of each month. Sometimes parcels can be delayed by our or your mail service and delivery times may vary. We always provide our customers with a tracking number in order for our customers to track their parcels' whereabouts.

2.4. IMPORTANT! In case of parcel damage don’t accept it and don’t sign the Proof of Delivery.

2.5. Please note, as a buyer you're responsible for receiving the parcel. It means you are responsible for providing additional documents, if applicable, to your customs office etc. We will in this case, if you have not provided additional information and documents, not refund you for the parcel.

2.6. We will not refund you for unclaimed parcels.

2.7. If you return items to us we will only refund you for the cost of the item, not for additional costs, such as shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, warehouse fees etc.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Always provide a correct shipping address!

If the item can not be delivered due to inaccurate shipping address – the order will not be refunded. 

3.2. If the order is lost, found and sent back to us we will send it back to you after return payment has been made or we can issue a refund to your account.

3.3. If you do not receive your item in time from your post office and it is returned to us we will issue a refund to your account.

3.4. We generally do not accept returns since it is a "mystery box" that has been sent to you. We do however accept returns if the items are broken or in another way not fit for use.

3.5. We do not accept returns if you have just changed your mind or are in any other way dissatisfied with the contents of the box shipped to you.

3.6. If you want to return items, please do it within 14 days of delivery. Items should be sent in unbroken condition, with original packaging at your own expense. After receiving the package we will issue a refund to your account, with the exception of shipping costs. 

3.7. In case of any fault on our part, such as missing or broken items we will send you replacements or similar items at our expense.

3.8. In case of damaged or broken items please send us clear photos of the damaged item and we will issue a refund or send replacement.

3.9. Please note! Some deviations in item colours or shades can occur due to different monitor settings and light conditions and are not a cause for a return or refund.

4. Privacy and GDPR

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or mailing address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:​

  • To process transactions

    • Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product.

  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature

  • To send periodic emails

    • The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Third party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
